Main Description: This appears to be an earlier flintlock converted to percussion. Block front sight, tapered round barrel with British proof marks, lock marked with Crown GR, smooth spur hammer that functions, nipple is damaged. One piece full military wood stock, three forearm wedges, forend is chipped, cracked and broken, straight grip chipped behind barrel tang, smooth brass butt plate, trigger guard (one replaced screw), nose cap. Replaced wood ramrod.

Wear: Metal finish turning brown with pitting, light rust, scratches, handling marks and wear. Stock shows marks, scratches and wear.
