We are offering a limit of 100 tickets with the bidding starting at $25. You can bid as much as you want on each ticket. The highest bid will be the winner of the ticket that will be entered into the draw. There will be no sales tax on this session. Raffle prize is either $500 cash or A Hatsan Escort Dynamax RT Max 5 Semi Automatic Shotgun, chambered in 12ga x 3". The stock is synthetic camo, barrel is green "cerakote" finish. It comes brand new in the box, with 5 interchangeable chokes. This prize has been Donated by Switzer's Auction & Appraisal Service. The Manufactured suggested list prices is $911.45. All Firearms are sold as Collector lots only. Fitness to fire or otherwise discharge the arm is expressly denied by Switzer's Auction & THE NORTH HASTINGS COMMUNITY FISH HATCHERY. A competent Gunsmith should be consulted before attempting to use or fire any Firearm. The Purchaser expressly acknowledges and agrees that in no event shall Switzer's Auction & THE NORTH HASTINGS COMMUNITY FISH HATCHERY be liable for any damages including without limitation any compensatory, incidental or consequential damages.
