TERMS OF PAYMENT: At the conclusion of the Auction all items purchased will be charged to the Visa or Mastercard that was provided at registration to guarantee payment. If shipping is required for any purchase an additional charge will occur the day the item has been shipped. A $50.00 late payer fee will be added to any invoice that can't be processed at the conclusion of the sale. Please ensure that we have the correct number and expiry. Recurring problem payers will be banned from future sales. Bidders are responsible for full payment of all their purchases at the drop of the hammer. Our Consignors are paid based on the hammer price, therefore, we will make every attempt to mitigate damages to Switzer’s Auction. We will attempt to charge your credit card partial amounts until the amount is paid in full. Any purchase which has not been fully paid will be resold at the next available opportunity to mitigate damages to Switzer’s Auction. Our normal commission charge will apply on re-sale. Any balance remaining unpaid after the resale will be referred to our collection agency, and or small claims court.
If your credit card or shipping information change after you sign up for the auction you will need to email us at admin@switzersauction.com. ICollector only forwards information at the time of registration it does not forward changes.
