TERMS OF PAYMENT: At the conclusion of the Auction, all items won will be charged to the Visa or Mastercard provided at registration to guarantee payment. If shipping is required for any purchase, an additional charge will be applied on the day the item is to be shipped. Please ensure that we have the correct card number and expiry date on file.

Important: Transfers of any Prohibited or Restricted firearms will not be initiated until full payment has been received. If full payment is not received within 30 days of the auction close, the items may be resold in the next available sale.

Bidders are responsible for full payment of all items upon winning. Switzer’s Auction will take all necessary steps to recover unpaid balances in order to mitigate losses. This may include charging your credit card in partial amounts until the full amount is received. If payment is not received within 14 days, a late fee of 2% may be applied to the outstanding balance.

Any items won that are not paid in full, Switzer’s Auction reserves the right to resell those items at the next available auction. Our standard commission fees will apply to the resale. Any outstanding balance remaining after the resale may be referred to a collection agency and/or pursued through small claims court.

Recurring late payers will be banned from future sales.
